This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs use of the PrepKingz Comptabilité application (the “Software”), an internal tool of PrepKingz Warehouse Inc. By signing in, you agree to this EULA.

1. License. PrepKingz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely in the course of your authorized work for PrepKingz. The Software is not licensed to the public and must not be sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or used to provide services to third parties.

2. Accounts. Access is restricted to email addresses designated by PrepKingz. You must keep credentials confidential.

3. Third-party services. The Software connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online and Stripe. Your use of those services remains subject to Intuit’s and Stripe’s terms. PrepKingz is not Intuit or Stripe.

4. Data. Financial data imported from QuickBooks and Stripe is confidential company information. Handle it accordingly. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information.

5. No warranty. The Software is provided “as is” for internal decision support. Reports may lag source systems. They do not replace filings prepared by a CPA. PrepKingz disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by Québec law.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepKingz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

7. Termination. This license ends when your access is revoked, you disconnect QuickBooks, or PrepKingz stops operating the Software. Remaining copies of company data stay subject to confidentiality.

8. Governing law. Laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of Montréal, Québec.
