This internal application (“the App”) is operated by PrepKingz Warehouse Inc. (“PrepKingz”, “we”) for our own officers and authorized staff only. It is not a public product and is not offered to third-party customers.

Data we process. With your authorization, the App reads accounting data from Intuit QuickBooks Online (company file, profit and loss, balance sheet, chart of accounts, customer sales) and payment data from Stripe (balances, payouts, balance transactions). We also store the email address used to sign in.

Purpose. Internal financial reporting, cash visibility, and preparation of financing / grant files. We do not sell data. We do not use QBO or Stripe data for advertising.

Access control. Sign-in is limited to an allow-list of PrepKingz emails. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Row-level security applies in our database.

Retention. Imported financial snapshots are kept while we operate the company and need them for accounting, tax, and financing. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time; we then revoke tokens and stop further imports.

Third parties. Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online) and Stripe, Inc. process data under their own terms. Hosting: Vercel, Inc. Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL). These processors are used only to run the App.

Your rights (Québec Law 25 / PIPEDA). Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing prep@prepkingz.ca. We will respond within the delays required by applicable law.

Disconnect. To disconnect QuickBooks from the App, use the disconnect control in the App or visit the disconnect page.

Cette application interne (« l'App ») est exploitée par PrepKingz Warehouse Inc. pour ses dirigeants et employés autorisés seulement. Ce n'est pas un produit public.

Nous lisons, avec autorisation, des données QuickBooks Online (états financiers, plan comptable, ventes par client) et Stripe (soldes, versements, transactions). L'adresse courriel de connexion est conservée. Finalité : pilotage financier interne et dossiers de financement. Pas de vente de données, pas de publicité.

Les jetons OAuth sont chiffrés. L'accès est limité à une liste de courriels PrepKingz. Pour exercer vos droits (Loi 25 / LPRPDE) : prep@prepkingz.ca.
